On January 7th, Source Music Entertainment revealed that Yuju could not join the filming of the special event of "Idol Star Athletics Championship" with other group's members due to health issues.
The agency revealed, "G-friend member Yuju will not be able to participate in the '2019 Idol Star Athletics Championship' filming which will take place today due to being diagnosed with influenza. We ask for your understanding of the situation. The other five members will be participating in the filming as scheduled.' G-friend is scheduled to compete in the show's archery along with other idols.
